We are so happy for the Boeke's! Their house was not on the market long and they accepted an offer to sell. Meanwhile, they placed an offer(which was accepted) on the home that they have had their eyes on. We were able to tour the home that they are buying and it is beautiful. It is perfect for them! Congrats!
